• Customer names and phone numbers entered into the platform for review requests
• Message history and platform usage data
• Payment information (processed securely by third-party processors — we do not store card numbers)
• Photos and content uploaded through the platform

How We Use Your Information

• Provide, operate, maintain, and improve the ReviewSend platform
• Send SMS review requests on behalf of business users to their customers
• Communicate with you about your account, updates, and support
• Generate AI-powered captions and content for social media posting
• Provide analytics and reporting on your reputation performance
• Comply with applicable legal obligations

SMS Messaging

ReviewSend sends SMS messages on behalf of business users to their customers who have provided consent. All messages include opt-out instructions. Recipients may opt out at any time by replying STOP to any message. Message and data rates may apply.

Data Sharing

We do not sell your personal information. We may share information only in the following circumstances:

• With trusted service providers who assist in operating the platform (such as Twilio for SMS delivery, Supabase for data storage, and Resend for email)
• When required by law or to protect the rights and safety of our users
• In connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, with notice to users

All third-party service providers are contractually required to maintain the confidentiality and security of your information and may not use it for any purpose other than providing services to ReviewSend.

Google Business Profile Data

When a business owner connects their Google Business Profile to ReviewSend, we access their business name, star rating, review count, and review content solely to display reputation analytics within the ReviewSend dashboard. This data is:

• Never shared with third parties
• Never sold or used for advertising
• Used only to display your own business data back to you

Users can revoke Google access at any time in the Settings tab of their dashboard.

Data Retention

We retain your data for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide services. You may request deletion of your account and associated data at any time by contacting us at the address below.

Data Security

We implement industry-standard security measures including encryption of data in transit (TLS) and at rest. Access to personal data is restricted to authorized personnel only.

Your Rights

You have the right to:

• Access the personal information we hold about you
• Request correction of inaccurate information
• Request deletion of your personal information
• Opt out of SMS communications at any time by replying STOP
