To stop receiving SMS messages from a business using ReviewSend, reply to any message you have received with the word:
Your opt-out request will be processed immediately. You will receive a single one-time confirmation message confirming that you have been removed. No further messages will be sent from that business.
ReviewSend sends review request messages on a per-visit or per-transaction basis at the discretion of the business sending the message. Message frequency varies by business. Message and data rates may apply depending on your mobile carrier plan.
SMS messages you receive are sent by local businesses (restaurants, salons, auto shops, and similar) that use the ReviewSend platform to request customer reviews. ReviewSend provides the technology platform — the individual business is responsible for obtaining your consent before sending any message.
Your mobile phone number and SMS consent information are never sold, rented, or shared with any third party for marketing purposes. This applies regardless of whether you have opted in or opted out.
